Everything was 10/10
The location is very good, it has everything nearby like groceries, coffee shops, restaurants and pharmacy. Also there is a lovely park and canal walk. The apartment was super clean, host is very helpful. Will come back! Nothing

The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, and beautifully furnished. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful. The location was perfect, the bed was very comfortable, and having Netflix and free parking added great convenience. Overall, the place felt cozy, quiet, and exactly as advertised—ideal for a relaxing stay. Honestly, nothing to complain about. Everything met or exceeded expectations.

The apartment was spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and all main attractions. Check-in was smooth, communication was quick, and the host was reliable and helpful throughout. Everything was just wonderful. It’s a super nice apartment, everything is brand new, the place has everything you need, it’s clean. The location is top - just minutes away from the main attractions, restaurants and mall.

I had an amazing stay at this house in Yas Island. The place was super clean with a really nice interior that felt both modern and comfortable. Everything I needed was already available — the washroom and bathroom were fully stocked with towels and toiletries, and the kitchen had all the essentials ready to use.
The bedroom had a comfortable king-size bed, and the living room included a big sofa bed with extra blankets and pillows, which was perfect. Overall, it was a smooth and cozy stay. Highly recommended! Everything

Our family of 3 had a very lovely time at Olha's place! It's was clean and cozy as per the pictures. Despite this listing is still rather new, Olha takes initiative to make her guests feel comfortable and trouble free. Example, the kitchen did not have the basic condiments and cleaning essentials, we were ok to purchase after checking Olha doesn't have in the apartment, but about 45 minutes later, a delivery came with everything. That make us feel really thankful. Appreciate for hosting us.

Our stay at Olha's Apartment at Yas Waterfront was exceptional. The apartment was tastefully decorated, modern chic, and pristinely clean. The location is excellent for almost all the attractions, bars, shops, restaurants in the area and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Abu Dhabi. A memorable stay for sure, would definitely recommend and will certainly be back again.

Amazing host and amazing apartment, felt like home. Location is amazing, available parking, room is clean , has everything i needed. Location is fantastic , carrefour is just 2 blocks away, pharmacy is just behind, 2 great cafe for breakfast. For sure will come again.
